If you have entered into a Three Services agreement without any equipment, you'll have 14 days from the date of your agreement to cancel. If you want to return or exchange your Device it must be in an “as new” condition or you may be charged for any damage or marks.
Only fill out this form if you want to withdraw from your agreement with Three during the 14 day returns period (or 30 days for Home Broadband customers or Business Broadband customers). For purchases of Home Broadband or Business Broadband via a Three Store please return your Device to a Three Store.
Note: We'll need 30 days notice to cancel your contract. If you decide to leave us within your minimum contract period, you may be charged an early cancellation fee.
