Schedule Change/Significant Delay - A consumer is entitled to a refund if the airline significantly delays a flight or significantly changes a flight and the consumer chooses not to travel or accept travel credits, vouchers, or other forms of compensation offered by the airline.
To calculate GST for BAS, you need two figures: the GST you collected on sales (1A) and the GST you paid on business purchases (1B). The formula is: GST Payable/Refundable = 1A – 1B. If the result is positive, you pay that amount to the ATO. If it's negative, you get a refund.
The most common option for BAS lodgement and payment is quarterly, on the 28th of the month after that quarter is over. For example: your BAS for quarter three (January, February and March) is due April 28th. For quarter four (April, May and June) the due date is July 28th. And so on and so forth.

For tickets bought on ba.com or over the phone with British Airways, you may be eligible to apply for a refund using Manage My Booking. We aim to resolve your refund claim as quickly as possible, but some complex refunds may have a longer processing time, and please allow for your bank's processing time.
