PayByPhone accepts multiple, secure cashless payment methods, including major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and in some regions, mobile phone billing (MNO). Users can pay via the app, mobile web, or by calling their automated phone line, with options varying by location.

To pay with your phone, set up a digital wallet like Apple Pay (iPhone) or Google Wallet/Pay (Android), add your debit/credit cards, ensure your phone's NFC is on, then simply unlock your phone and hold the back near a contactless payment terminal (look for the symbol) to tap and pay.
To use a pay-by-phone parking app, download it, register your vehicle and payment, find the location number on nearby signs, enter it in the app, select your parking duration, confirm, and pay; you can often extend your time remotely and get expiry reminders.
To make a payment, send an SMS to 7275. Include your zone number and vehicle plate number in the message. After the payment goes through, you will get a confirmation SMS. If you need more parking time, simply send an “Extend” SMS to the same number.
