Rule 3 of the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Rules, 2017, dictates the procedure for Intimation for Composition Levy. It requires registered persons opting for the composition scheme (under Section 10) to electronically file Form GST CMP-02 prior to the financial year's commencement and file Form GST ITC-03 within 60 days.
What is GSTR3? GSTR-3 is a monthly return with the summarized details of sales, purchases, sales during the month along with the amount of GST liability. This return is auto-generated pulling information from GSTR-1 and GSTR-2.

The following category of tax persons are exempted from payment of 1% of GST in Cash 1. The New GST Rate Structure
The old four-slab structure (5%, 12%, 18%, 28%) has been simplified. The 12% and 28% slabs were eliminated and replaced with a new structure, which is now primarily 0%, 5%, 18%, and a 40% rate for luxury and “sin” goods.
Types of GST in India
