In 2025, Singaporean citizens aged 21 and above are eligible for up to $850 in GSTV – Cash if they have an assessable income of up to $ 39 , 000 $ 3 9 , 0 0 0 and own no more than one property. The payout depends on the annual value (AV) of their home, generally requiring an AV of $ 21 , 000 $ 2 1 , 0 0 0 or less for the maximum amount.
Eligibility criteria
Should be a Singaporean citizen residing in Singapore. Assessable income for the Assessment Year (AY) 2024 must not exceed $39,000. Must not own more than one property. If the annual value (AV) of your home is up to $21,000 as of 31 December 2024, then you're eligible for $850.
GST Voucher – Cash
You must be aged 21 and above in 2025; Your Income Earned in 2023 as assessed by IRAS (Assessable Income (AI) for the Year of Assessment (YA) 2024) must not exceed $39,000; The Annual Value (AV) of your home (as indicated on your NRIC) as at 31 December 2024 must not exceed $31,000; and.
For Singaporeans to receive their 2025 GSTV – Cash from August 2025, we assess the eligibility based on Income Earned in 2023 (AI for YA2024) because this is the latest tax assessment available.
You must be aged 20 and below, or 55 and above, in the disbursement year. Lower-income senior Singapore citizens will receive cash payments of $600 to $900 through the AP Seniors' Bonus. About CDC Vouchers Scheme 2026 (January)
Every Singaporean household will receive $300 CDC Vouchers in January 2026. This is in addition to the $500 CDC Vouchers given in May 2025. Therefore, all Singaporean households will receive a total of $800 CDC Vouchers in Financial Year 2025.
If your overall GST/HST credit for 2025 amounts to less than $50 per quarter, the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will provide you with a one-time payment on July 3.
You are eligible for this credit if you are a resident of Canada for income tax purposes at the end of the month before and at the beginning of the month in which the CRA makes a payment (read When your GST/HST credit is paid). In the month before the CRA makes a quarterly payment, you must be at least 19 years old.

When to register for GST. If you've started a new business, you should register if you expect your GST turnover to reach $75,000 in the first year. You have to register for GST within 21 days of becoming aware that your GST turnover will go over the threshold.
