You need an internet connection to copy data from one device to the other. We recommend you connect both of your devices to Wi-Fi. You can use the cable or wireless option to transfer data.
If your Apple Pay® transfer isn't processing, it could be due to: Instant transfer limits – If you've reached your limit, you'll need to wait for it to reset or transfer money via ACH from a linked bank account. Card issues – If your external debit card has restrictions, the transfer may not be approved.
