I would suggest logging into your irs.gov account and check 2022 account transcript. The bottom should have codes along with the 846 refund amount and date. There will be other codes explaining any offsets paid.
BFS will send you a notice if an offset occurs. The notice will reflect the original refund amount, your offset amount, the agency receiving the payment, and the address and telephone number of the agency. BFS will notify the IRS of the amount taken from your refund once your refund date has passed.
Tax account transcript - shows basic data such as filing status, taxable income, and payment types. It also shows changes made after you filed your original return.

If you didn't get an offset notice
If you didn't get a notice about an offset but your tax refund is smaller than you expected, call the IRS at 800-829-1040 (or TTY/TDD 800-877-8339).
You can find offset measurement embossed at the back of the wheel. It's either on the mounting plate or on the spoke's rear. It often ends with the letters "ET," but it can also be in the beginning. So, both ET45 and 45ET mean 45 mm offset.
You'll get an explanatory letter from the Bureau of the Fiscal Service if your refund is offset. The remainder of your refund will be processed as usual. An offset shouldn't delay it, unless your entire refund was applied to your debt.
