There are several reasons you may not have received your direct deposit yet: Bank Processing Delays: Sometimes, banks may take longer to process direct deposits, especially if the deposit was made on a holiday or weekend. Employer Issues: Your employer may have encountered issues when processing payroll.
DailyPay offers two types of transfers: Instant and Next Day. Instant Money is available instantly, 24/7, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays. Next Day Transfers requested prior to 2 30 p.m. PST are available in the morning on the next business day.
DailyPay will not affect where you receive your direct deposits. After you make your first transfer, your paystub may look slightly different on payday.
If your earnings haven't been updated in the DailyPay app, we're here to help. Typically, there are a few common reasons for this: Weekend (Salaried earnings will never update during the weekend) Day before payday (available earnings goes to $0 so we can send you the remainder pay the following day)
Net pay differences may be related to a change in salary (i.e., gross pay), tax withholdings, or other deductions. In addition, you may see different net pay as a result of taxable benefits, tuition waivers, overpayments and other adjustments to pay.

Here's how it works: At the beginning of the pay period, you'll typically see a higher amount available for transfer. Then, as you work more (which generally means your deductions increase), you will see a slight decrease in the amount made available from later shifts.
The DailyPay account may appear as a Wells Fargo account. The routing number will always be 121000248, and the account number will start with 3258.
Why would my direct deposit be delayed? Your direct deposit could be delayed because it arrived on or right before a bank holiday or weekend. Deposits could also be delayed if the sender didn't deposit the money on time.
What time your direct deposit hits depends on the financial institution. Most recipients can expect their direct deposits to be available by 9 a.m. on payday, with many banks allowing funds to be released between midnight and 6 a.m. If your bank allows for the funds to be released sooner, you'll see them then.
Your bank may hold the funds according to its funds availability policy. Or it may have placed an exception hold on the deposit. If the bank has placed a hold on the deposit, the bank generally should provide you with written notice of the hold.
Good news - you'll still be paid on your normal payday in the account that you choose. You might notice a few small changes, though. DailyPay works in partnership with your employer so you can get your pay early if you want to.
Is it better to get paid weekly or biweekly for taxes? Your taxes will be the same, regardless of your pay frequency.
Please note: If you have made earnings transfers ahead of payday, you may request DailyPay account closure at any time, but we'll receive one final paycheck from your Employer to cover the transfers that we sent you early, passing along any remainder pay to your bank account on file.
You will have access to any amount up to, and including, the Available Balance shown in your Daily Pay account. Once you make a transfer, your direct deposit will change to the Daily Pay Account, and you will be paid by Daily Pay unless you decide to cancel.
Earned Wage Access Can Be Expensive For Employees
Many daily pay providers proudly advertise “No Fees,” but be careful of the fine print! While it may be free to sign up, it's not free to use. Many providers charge a fixed fee every time an employee accesses their funds, sometimes offering up to five transfers a week.

Pre-tax deductions include employer-provided health insurance plans, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) contributions. That's why your W-2 doesn't match your last pay stub.
Contact your employer or payroll department, explain the specific problem, and provide supporting documentation such as timecards or records of hours worked if available. Request a correction. Ask your employer to correct the mistake and issue a revised paycheck. Keep records.
