Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, according to the Bible, is the only stated sin that is unforgivable. Apostacy sounds a lot like it, but they are different. Apostasy is falling away from faith, while blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is a deliberate, hardened rejection of God's Spirit.

It highlights the strong connection between one's inner emotional state (heart/spirit) and physical health, suggesting that inner happiness acts like healing medicine, while a broken spirit weakens a person.
On the one hand, Scripture speaks strongly against gossip. When Christ forgives, you are forgiven. He isn't counting until you hit seven failures. He isn't even counting until you hit 490 failures. The number 490 implies perfect forgiveness.

Those guilty of committing the unpardonable sin of denying the Holy Ghost and the unforgivable sin of shedding innocent blood must face the justice of God.

There isn't a universal list, but many faiths identify core transgressions, with common contenders for "biggest sins" including pride, idolatry, murder, sexual immorality, and denying the Holy Ghost, often seen as the source or most severe violations, stemming from putting self or other gods before the divine.
The unforgivable sin, or "blaspheming the Holy Spirit," is understood by many major denominations to mean the steadfast denial or refusal of God's saving grace. It's unforgivable in the sense that it's the sin of not wanting to be forgiven, not that it is impossible to repent of or have God forgive should one will it.
