Declined system error 05, commonly known as "Do Not Honor," is a, general, hard decline code issued by a cardholder’s bank, indicating they refuse to authorize the transaction. It signifies a, firm, restriction on the account, often due to security, insufficient funds, or, invalid, card usage. The customer must contact their bank to resolve this.

The issuing bank (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) prevented the transaction and is also telling you not to honor the card. Ask for a separate card to complete the transaction and/or ask the customer to call their credit card bank and figure out why the transaction was declined.
