Singapore citizens aged 21 and above in 2026, who reside in Singapore and do not own more than one property, are generally eligible for Assurance Package (AP) Cash payouts of $100 to $600 in December 2025, based on income and property criteria. Lower to middle-income earners with an assessable income of S$100,000 or less receive higher amounts, while those with more than one property still receive a smaller payout.
