Audit Log clearing
Add an ability for server owners or admins to be able to clear the Audit Logs. Clearing your audit logs can have several benefits.

As the title says, audit logs only go back 90 days. For large guilds this could be an issue if the mods/admins need to pull records from a long time user.
The audit_log_disable variable can be set in a MySQL Server option file, in a command-line startup string, or at runtime using a SET statement; for example: SET GLOBAL audit_log_disable = true; Setting audit_log_disable to true disables the audit log plugin.
The good thing is that when a Discord user is banned or excluded from a server for a reason, it is because the person receives a notification. This notification will be sent if a server moderator activates the feature for this type of notification.
Discord allows users to view all of the devices where their account is currently logged in. This security feature may help users determine if their account has been accessed by a third party.
By default, Discord only allows new members to see messages that were sent within the last seven days. However, server owners can adjust this setting to allow new members to see messages that were sent further back in time. Second, it depends on whether the server has enabled message history.
We can locate users in our system by user identification number, username, and email. The user identification number is the most preferred. Failure to include requisite information will result in Discord's inability to comply with the legal process.
Audit logs record the occurrence of an event, the time at which it occurred, the responsible user or service, and the impacted entity. All of the devices in your network, your cloud services, and your applications emit logs that may be used for auditing purposes.
When you engage in certain detectable activities (like playing a game or listening to music), Discord can display information about those activities. This includes when and how you engaged, as well as information about the activity.

When a message is deleted, a server can opt to keep the message there, but it's only visible to those with admin privileges. And a server can choose to not keep deleted messages. If a if an admin wants to permanently delete a message or a message that's deleted broke discord's TOS, then they won't be visible to anyone.
